Very faint line on first response test

Hi this is my first thread on this site, earlier on today I took a FR pregnancy test. Within the 3 min a very very faint line almost invisible to the naked eye appeared I done another test 2 hours later to make sure and the same line appeared. Me and my husband have left them on the table and now both faint lines have disappeared !! Am I pregnant ? We are so confused and emotional as we are currently doing our first cycle of IUI and we are 5 days before we are ment to do our test at the hospital
