ttc after patrial mc

so here it goes i had a partial molar mc 9/26/12 and the doctor wanted to monitor my hcg levels and i have had all 5tests since come back negative  and he wants me to do one last test in feb 2013 and i stopped taking bc pills 1/18/13 after the complete pack and now i am spotting since this morn1/31/13 and i dont know what to do i read that it is withdraw bleeding and i should begin counting my cycle again but the doc recomended i dont get pg for one year which is standard txt book. the chances of me getting a positivre for hcg for the abmoral tissue to grow is almost nonexsistant. should i b worried or just here i go on my journey of getting pg
