trying to conceive

I am 25 years old me and my fiance are trying to conceive. My last period was 4/12/13. My breasts have been hurting for about 3 1/2 weeks now. I checked my cervix yesterday I could touch it and could feel the os. But today when i checked it today it was really high and i couldnt find the os. I dont know what is going on can anyone help me
