is this a yeast infection or what help me

My fiance and I having been ttc. I am taking fertilityblend and prenatal vitamins and using pre-seed lube. The other day out of the blue I started to itch down there. Today when i wiped the cm was thick and white and sometimes there are chunks but dont look like cottage cheese. I dont know what to think. He is my only sexual partner and I'm his only sexual partner so no stds around here Im making a doctor appoitment tomorrow because my breasts have been hurting for almost a month now....
