Ovulation Test
Hi Ladies
I've just been to the doctors today for an ovulation test and the nurse took 4 vials of blood. Any idea why they need 4? Each vial had a different colour.
I thought they would just be testing for progesterone.
I didn't ask the nurse as I don't like getting blood taken and was feeling quite faint.

They test for different hormones so they need different pots
I had some taken recently (spent most time looking at the ceiling and talking about the weather to take my mind off it...!) and had 4 taken too. I assume they need a certain quantity and it's not easy to pour it from a larger pot, so take it from smaller pots instead
