16 Days late negative test (cilest pill)

I came off my pill 5 months ago cycles weren't settled but they wasn't too bad up to one week at the latest however this month I'm now 16 days late anyone else had the same after cilest?? My spots have been bad and had some cramps and can't stop eating like I was going to come on but nope nothing and negative pg test
