Short Luteal Phase

Hi ladies,

I would appreciate your help. My luteal phase has been 8-9 days for the past 3 months and I have just read that I will find it very difficult to get pregnant with a LP like that. I am now worried that I will not be able to get preg and it is stressing me out. I guess I found another thing to worry about!

Please share your experiences and let me know if there is anything I can do or take to make my lp longer. 

Have any of you got pregnant on a short luteal phase?

    Hi Judy!

    As far as I know short lp doesn't help conceive, but there are some pills that will help you lenghten it, vit B6 and vitex are commonly used for short lp.
