Smiley Face Confusion
My husband and I have been ttc to about 14 months. I use the clearblue ovulation sticks. I usually get a smiley fact on day 13-17 (I pee on the stick twice a day). However, every time I get the smiley face, I try again in 4 hours or the next day and no more smiley face. This has happened consistently almost every month. what does this mean? Is my LH surge very short? I've considered that I've perhaps caught the tail end of it, but that's why I test every 12 hours. I've read other posts where women keep getting smiley faces for a couple days and all the research I've read says the LH surge last 12-24 hours. Help!

My pack says that when you get smiley it's for 48 hr period I don't retest. I don't even test every day. I don't think they are any good to be honest because I got my smiley every month and still not pregnant. Then I re read leaflet that says they are no good if you have pcos and that's another strange one as one minute hospital says I do then not then not sure! All I know is 16 months ttc is killing me.
