Mid cycle spotting

So, I say mid cycle but I guess I just mean in between af's....

I have 45 day cycles (i say that but I used before a mc in june and my last cycle was finally back to that length), this cycle on day 17 I had some pink spotting turning red and then dark brown. literally a few spots of an evening for three days, first day pink, second red third brown

Then CD 30 and had some pink/red streak in stretchy mucus. I was trying to stay positive and being confident I was hoping that finally this cycle would be the one... just trying to stay calm and happy? But then all that happened, can mid cycle spotting affect the chances of getting pregnant? I don't usually get it, I think I had it the first cycle after my MC but it was like over 70 days and I thought it was due to the length of the cycle.

Any ladies have any helpful info. 

also, bleeding was not due to BDing.
