Coming off cerazette and having a period right away

Hi guys. I am all new to this. Now I have gone through the internet and every post going. I want to know of anyone else had a period as soon as they stopped taking cerazette? I stopped taking the pill about 4 weeks ago and had what I am pretty sure was a period. But I bled constantly for around 2 weeks. Me and my husband are ttc for our 3rd baby. I am having some pregnancy symptoms but now reading about all the side affects from coming off cerazette. And they are all pregnancy like symptoms. I just wondered if anyone else had this? As all I have really read is about peoples periods taking a good while to return? Thanks for reading and for your help! Kirsty xx
