basal body thermometer's

Hello ladies can anyone help me with their experience with bbt's? Is to one decimal place as good as to two decimal places or are they both just as good and does anyone know where to buy decent ones on the high street as I can't find them anywhere and I dont really like buying off the internet Thanks in advance
