3 months late

Hi I'm 21 year old I have a 4 year old daughter I missed my period for 3 months and just started today. My period started out pink and brown now its light red? I have pregnancy symptoms. I been nauseated, fatigue, increased appetite, and mild cramping..... I don't think I an pregnant but I really want to be. My last period was in July and I am ver active with my husband l do not use any birth control and I do not use protection with him..
