pregnant or cysts?

I've been regular for a while. Then, this summer, I didn't have a period for two months. I wasn't pregnant. I'm 21 and married and we've been trying and charting for a year and 4 months. This month I spotted before my period, now I havent had it. My lower abdomen gets a pressure pain, i get a sharp twinge in my vagina occasionally. My Boob's are sore, and I've peed more than usual. I'll attach my charts since August. I was hoping for some opinions, my home test was negative.
