TTC Feeling wierd? Side affects of stopping bc?

Hello, I finished tasking the pill on jan 4th although the week before I did forget to take it a few days, had my pill period dec 17-24 then had what I think was a withdrawl bleed on jan 6-11, so not sure whether to count this as a proper cycle or not? Anyway the last week I've had the worse cramping in my low abdomen and ovaries and also feeling abit sick after eating and regular headaches..

I have pcos so not sure when I will get af...anyone else had these side affects/symptoms?
