Hi I ordered some Angus cascus online they Are 1000mg tablets that you take one in the morning and one at night so 2000mg a day. Is this dosage correct .

Hi aleashasmam. I have read that 500-1000mg is the best dosage to be taken when TTC and best taken in the morning. so maybe just take one tablet at breakfast? Hope this helps. x
