** Tuesday TTC **

Morning all - sorry I didn't get back on yesterday so will pick up my personals from then.

Sapphire - Sorry to hear about the gallstones attack - hope you get your referral soon. Good that you've something else to take your mind off the ttw (CC, I'm gonna make that one stick!)

Enjayee - Really sorry your H feels like this. Would it be worth him going to the doc about it - not that I think anything is wrong but it might help to chat about it? I don't think there's anything a lady can see to help with this - it's almost like them not knowing what to say when we have lady problems.

CC - Hope you're not going too mad in the ttw?!

AFM - CD25, 9DPO - nothing to report.

I haven't seen Lulu around in a while - not since the weekend - hope you're ok chick x

  • Tayto - I am already mad hehe.. but yes driving myself crazy

Afm - I am slightly embarrassed about this lol.. for the past 3 days I have been waking up with dribble patches on my pillow! Not a normal thing that happens.. I seem to have loads more salivia atm... please tell me this is normal after ovulation lol!

  • Hi Everyone!

Tayto - Glad to see you got your op date through and it is timed well! Thanks for asking after me I was feeling rubbish yesterday so didn't want to bring the thread down!

CC - Glad to see you ov'd, no idea on the extra saliva ha ha!

Enjayee - Sorry to hear your h has had a problem, my h had a problem er... finishing a while back but this was due to medication and now he is off meds he is fine.  Sorry that doesn't help you at all but I do know how you feel and it is so difficult not to feel frustrated as well.  Hope he is ok, sounds like you are doing a good job being there for him xxx

Sapphire - Gallstones sounds painful I hope you are ok!

AFM - 12dpo and af due on Thursday, I normally get spotting at least 2 days before normally 3 but only a slight bit of brown cm today so far (sorry tmi) so even though I know I am out I am glad my cycles seem to be slowing getting back to normal (that is if af arrives on time anyway).  Was feeling really down yesterday and sorry for myself so didn't want to bring the thread down. Still feeling disapointed but H and I had a quick discussion this morning that we will go the docs when get back off hol in June, that will be the end of cycle 12 even though the first 4 cycles we had a few issues (see above) it is still 12 cycles and we both agree it will be good to get the ball rolling with tests. H has even said if there is a problem and the wait for NHS treatment is too long we can make sacrifices and go private.  Feel better having a plan in place but just feel sad it's not the plan I would have liked.

Anyway enough about me sorry that was long.  Hi to all who follow!

  • CC - Not to get your hopes up but my sister had it in her first pregnancy - she said it was the first symptom she'd got. Hope it's true for you too lovely x

Lulu - That's a really good plan of action to have - I hope it invokes the law of sod for you though!

  • Tayto -  you should try and make up loads more new things. See his many of them stick!

CC - what a stunner! Admittedly I have moments of dribbliness but more when I nap.

Lulu - sorry you were having a bad day yesterday. But sounds like you have had a proper chat with H. Always good to make sure you are both on agreement with each other. Still have my fingers crossed for you.

AFM - 7dpo which means I'm over half way through the ttw as my lp has only been 12 days past cycles. So time to stay calm and not to over think everything. Ha, if only that we're possible.

  • Lulu - Sorry you was having a bad day yesterday but please don't feel that you can't come on here and moan :)...It's what we are here for! But sounds like you have a good plan in place, like tayto said I hope it invokes the law of sod first though :)

Sapphire - Fingers crossed for you :).. It would be lovely to stay calm and not over think everything haha!

Tayto - That was not helpful haha!!

I have on occasion drooled but a long time ago.. and possible when pregnant with Jack I remember waking with some drool... but this has been 3 days every morning... Not getting my hopes up it could be something else :)

  • CC - www.mayoclinic.org/.../sym-20050680 - any new dentures?!?! :-p

Sapphire - fingers crossed for you. Good luck for the ttw

  • Oh that made me laugh :P Nope no new dentures - Looking at the list I hope I don't have some of them.... Rabies being my particular fav in the list haha!

  • Thanks everyone I am feeling much more positive now, it will happen I just have to be patient! :-)

Sapphire - I feel for you the second bit of the 2ww is the worst fingers crossed for you!

CC - That is funny I hope it is a good sign!

  • So we have decided I am not pregnant I have rabies haha!

  • Haha - CC. Good thing Tayto was looking out for you and found that list!

  • I know right... Shes so kind not sure I would of been able to diagnose myself without her haha

  • I still think it's her dentures.......

  • Damn it... how did you know lol

  • Hi all,

Before I get into personals, thanks for the advice. I came home from work today and H told me that he'd made an appointment about it. He sees the doctor on Thursday. Completely unprompted by me but, although I'm not sure what they can say, it'll be good for him to talk about it. He started saying about how he might need Viagra which I couldn't help but laugh at (in a loving way) as it's not like he's full on impotent - I think he's just feeling the pressure. Still - it's good to know he cares that much :-)

CC - that is so funny! I sometimes dribble as well, it's horrid waking up on the pillow in a pool of your own saliva!

Lulu - hey chick. Sorry to hear that you think you're out but good that you're seeing the positives. Don't ever feel like you will bring a thread down. I know exactly how you feel about that but we're here for each other through ups and downs. Glad you're feeling better today, let us know how it goes at the docs xx

Sapphire - fingers crossed the latter part of the 2ww goes quickly!

t4yto - does that mean your 2ww is nearly over? :-)

AFM - CD18, nothing to report. Hoping we did enough to catch ov but as I ov'd CD16 last cycle I'm pretty sure we haven't, as hubby couldn't perform on CD16 or 17. So I'm putting all my energies on my job at the moment, maybe I'll be one of those people who just fall "by accident" now that my focus is shifting. Although it's pretty damn difficult to get TTC out my head ... if one more person says to me "relax and the baby will come" I will go nuts.

  • Enjayee - Good luck for your hubbies appointment on thursday hopethey are helpful! Fingers crossed that you caught OV :)
