Cycle after a non ovulation cycle

Hi ladies, I was just wondering if anyone know when I can expect to ovulate this month.... Last month I had bloods done at day 21 and it showed I hadn't ovulated so I'm wondering when I can expect to ovulate this month (if I do). Would it be the same as every other normal month (for me this is around cd 18) or could it be any time of the month? I had a short bleed, much lighter than my period and I'm currently on cd8. Any advise from previous experiences would be great.
