Confused and sad help please 😞

Hey all I was meant to come on my period last Wednesday (17th June), I had one day bleed before I was due on the 13th with some brown spotting for a couple of days afterwards then stopped completely. I still haven't come on my period and I have taken a few Pregnancy tests all have come back negative. What's going on with me anyone else experiencing this ???? I just don't know what's going on, with the lack of period and the negative tests just getting so upset about it
