Pregnancy test confusion!!!!!!

Hey everyone!!! I was just wondering what everyone thinks! So last night I had a dream that I took a couple of pregnancy tests and they came back positive. So of course when I wake up this morning I'm freaked out! My period is all over the place and comes earlier and earlier each month so if i had to guess I would say it was due in about a week??? maybe less?? But just to ease my mind I go to target and purchase the up&up pregnancy test the ones where there is a + sign for positive and - sign for negative. I take it and within two minutes I see the - sign and a very very faint horizontal line. I start freaking out. So i go to CVS and get the first response gold digital test where it tells you "yes" and "no" I take this and it comes back "no" I have read negative reviews on both of these tests. Some where women are saying the first response told them no and a different test told them yes. And women who have also had faint lines on their target brand test and they have turned out to be negative. UGH. Should I try a  different test and wait a couple days ?
