Symptoms but bfn

Hey girls, just wondering if any of you can help me. Recently I've had some symptoms of pregnancy, my stomach has felt as though it's stretching (left side) and also, I've had some pelvic pain also on the right side. I've been feeling sick with stomach pain, like a dull ache. This morning when I woke up (2 days late) there was some watery cm and I had shooting pains near my belly button, I decided to buy a test, but that came up negative. Can anyone help?
