I want to think that this isn't period but i'm not sure

Okay so, I had sex with my husband on August 9, Sunday, I thought I was on last Day of period so...yeah anyway, we had unprotected sex, knew what we were doing. Everything was normal, didn t expect my period till September uh 5 or so, but I started bleeding about 10∼11 days after sex, it wasn t normal bleeding, it started out as light pinkish discharge, and then a medium flow of brownish blood, sometimes alittle red, sometimes darker brown. Its been 7 day now of this, and I ve been using light tampons cause at first I thought it was just a period, (I m very irregular with periods but normally its a month or two or three between each, not 2 weeks! O.O) but now. I kinda don t think so, its not as heavy as my normal periods and I m not cramping at all, and its not red! Like the normal ones. Anyway, I was just wondering if there is anyway I could be pregnant? Or just some strange thing is happening. I Have a scheduled doctors appointment in two days, but you know...can t wait. thanks for your help.
