could I be pregnant? Please help#

First of all I hardly ever get my period, usually like a few times a year. Anyways, I had light spotting on Tuesday and Thursday only. I took a hpt on Friday night and Saturday morning but they were both negative. I've also had bad heartburn since Thursday, and I've never had it before (I'm 24)
