Wanting another baby but nervous after ectopic

To make a long story short. I lost my 4th baby in July because of an ectopic pregnancy. I had surgery 11 days later and had my right tube removed. I have been feeling pretty off lately and decided to take a pregnancy test. I took 3 in one day and got extremely faint lines. I took another one this morning and had same result. I'm new to this forum so I'm not sure how to post things were I can get a reply so I thought I'd start here. I took a  pic and then cropped it and put it in black and white. I would like some advice as to what you ladies may think. Please help it's driving me crazy
