Endometriosis? Are you affected by it? Do you think doctors should take it more seriously?

Hello everyone.

We've been very moved by The Guardian's current campaign about endometriosis.

They've been highlighting it a a hidden disease that causes so much pain and fertility worries for so many women around the world.

It's thought 1 woman in 10 (of reproductive age) has endometriosis, yet, the paper's reporters say, often GPs do not know what it is and so it can take years to get a proper diagnosis – while so many of us suffer in pain and silence all that time.

It's made us wonder how many of you have endometriosis – and, if you have, whether you've been diagnosed and treated properly?

We'd love to hear from you. It's something we feel quite strongly about and we'd love to campaign for better awareness and treatment, if that's something you'd like us to do.
