One positive first response two neg

okay so this morning I took a first response and it was a faint positive result I saved the urine in a sterile container then took two more FR four hours later that were negative. I've heard the hug disapates once it has left the body. Is this why I had two negatives? What result should I got with below is the picture of the faint positive that I had
