Implantation bleeding or????

When I was pregnant with my daughter I had no spotting what so ever so I cannot tell if this is spotting or my period. My period isn't regular but it's not irregular recently it's been pretty regular and I'm not due for my period for a week or so. Yesterday I had some light pink spotting when I wiped. It's gotten "heavier" but not period heavy . There's no flow and it's not there everytime I go to the bathroom. Which is more often than usual . My breasts are tender but not like they were with my daughter when I found out I was also 5 weeks along Id be only a couple weeks now. I have had unprotected sex 3 times since my last period. There is cramping but not major does somewhat feel like period cramps but minor compared to normal. I get nauseous at night but no throwing up. My heart seems to race also when I lay down which is abnormal. The discharge if you want to call it went from pink to peach ish to brighter pink now but again when I do get my period I may notice pink but it comes that day no guessing or spotting of any sorts. I took a test negative but pretty sure itd be too soon. Does this sound like implantation or is my period coming and just playing games with me?? Help!
