Question

I have a quick question. I have been pregnant before but I didn't have any symptoms at all during my pregnancy. But about 2 weeks ago I have been getting really nauseated, and my old stretch marks from my first pregnancy have started to itch really bad as well as the sides around my nipples and my nipples have too. I noticed that my nipples have been slightly sore as well and sometimes I feel like something is pulling in the area where my pelvis is? I have never had any of these feelings before any ideas?
