Seven seas HELPPP

I had two miscarriages last year and another in June I was 17 week having a boy , I had a period 15 July which lasted 3 days and another 30th of Aug which also lasted three days , had another on 3rd Oct for three days then 14th Nov for three days which is my current cycle I started taking seven seas on the 16th and now Iv got stretchy ewcm Iv had sex every day or every two could this mean Im ovulating and gonna have an early cycle it would be a dream to have another baby please someone help me out , has anyone had a miscarriage and fell pregnant on seven seas ?? Xxxx
