What are you doing to try and conceive ?
Regular unprotected sex throughout your cycle is best first option and if that hasn't worked after 2yrs see your gp.
Most couples will conceive during this time and most medical professionals won't be interested in helping until 2yrs has passed.
doctors can help after 6 months if you are aged 35 and over or after 1 year otherwise

Depending in where you are in world/UK that may be the case but most nhs trusts now refuse assistance beyond basic tests until 2yr mark has passed unfortunately.
