Implant recently out TTC

hi everyone 🙃🙃

new to this I have been with my partner nearly 5 years and we have recently decided to try for a baby... I am just wondering if anyone knows how long t would take me to get pregnant as I've just had my implant out on Friday 26/02/2016 and wanting to get pregnant fairly quickly, as Im unsure if you can get pregnant with just having it out I had it in for 3 years in August... And didn't have periods but had one on the 15/02/2016 - 21/02/2016 which was unsual
