Am i pregnant?

hi everyone I had my implant out on Friday and had sex Friday/Saturday/Sunday today I am feeling really wierd, and abit sick And cannot stop needing the toilet . i went to the toilet about 3 hours ago and had faint blood when I wiped,,, as I haven't had a baby before I don't know if you can get Syptoms straight away could anyone help please???
