Can you get a late BFP?

Hi Ladies,

I am currently 1 day late and I tested this morning and got BFN, I am normally very regular to the day and I don't feel as if I'll be coming on anytime soon, is it possible to get a BFN then a few days later get a BFP? My nipples feel sore and also I got an extremely light BFP Saturday...

any help?
