Confused! Can anyone help please?x

Hello everyone!! I really hope someone can help me!

I'm desperate for some advice!! 

I suffer from dysfunctional uterine bleeding so last month (25th-27th march/cd10-cd14) i was taking Utovlan/norethisterone (progesterone tablets to stop bleeding) and my oh and I bd'd quite a lot that weekend (tmi sorry!) So I'm unsure when/if I ovulated as Google seems split as to whether it delays Ovulation or not?? ... Usually, when I stop taking the tablets, I'm back to bleeding crazily... This time that didn't happen!!! Then, on Sunday (cd27) I had all the symptoms of implantation bleeding (pink/brown sporadic spotting that lasted only 12 hours with mild cramping) then just some ewcm since! I did a hpt last night and it was negative  does anyone think I could be pregnant?! Please can someone give me some advice?! Please! Xxxx
