implantation bleed....or early period???

hello ladies, so happy to finally find a place i can air my woes...lol.

So, last month i started my pms late, it was a 30 day cycle, normally i am a 28 day cycle person. So I changed my tracking to a 30 day cycle. I have been checking my CM & Cervical position to help me detect ovulation... i am not temping....so i think i ovulated last week around Tuesday...all weekend i have had a cold & headaches which i still have, last night i had terrible heartburn. I had pinchy feelings in my uterus...then yesterday afternoon, i saw a bit of spotting when i went to wee, i wasn't sure if this is implantation, as its too early for my period, my boobs are sensitive but not uncomfortably so. Today there is more spotting. I dont know if its implantation or period :( think period tho...a friend told us to try spemen..has anyone heard of this, any results using that ???

I am wondering if i should change my tracking back to a 28 day cycle, but then i only ovulated last week ??? i am so confused..we have been trying for 8 months....i am at my wits end...:(

    Last month may just have been a one off 30 day cycle.  I would leave it until you know/have a period.  

    ive come to the conclusion all this tracking drives us mad.  I too have been trying for 8 months.  I suffer irregular cycles though due to suspected pcos
