Stopped breastfeeding. No periods.

Hi all.

I've been searching the Internet for days with no answer so wonder if one of you lovely ladies can give any answers.

My baby is 16 weeks old and decided about 3 weeks ago that he flat down doesn't want to breastfeed anymore. I'm fine with that as he's a big boy and his constant feeding whilst looking after a 19 month old is damn near impossible in this house ! 😂

My question is when do periods return after stopping feeding all together ? Mine have not yet returned and I'm not getting any signs of one. My husband and I didn't use protection the other night (caught up in the moment haha) so is there possibility of pregnancy or probably not ? It wouldn't be a bad thing as we're thinking about number 3 🙂
