Implantation bleeding

I had a feeling that I might be pregnant two weeks ago, but the only symptoms I had was mild cramping and beong light headed. I came on my period on the 28th day like clockwork. It was quite heavy and red (although not as heavy as usual.) After 12 hours it had turned brown ish and now 24 hours down the line it is just a pale pink/ brown colour. I think I might just be clinging onto to hope that I could still be pregnant, but don't know whether to test. What would everybody recommend ?
