40 plus cycles

Hey all, I came off bc in April and since then my cycles have been 40 plus days long. This is really starting to stress me out and just wondered how much longer I leave it before I seek advice from my doctor? I was always a 30 day cycle before the combined pill and have been taking it since the birth of my first 7 years ago. Any advice welcome xx

    Hi Sophs, I'd highly recommend charting your bbt, its very helpful to confirm if you are ovulating. If you are ovulating with a 40 days cycle then there is nothing to worry about. If you aren't ovulating then you know to follow up with the doctor
