Test turn positive after an hour?

My husband and I are trying to conceive our second child. I took a test Monday and it was negative and tested again tonight. The test was negative at first so I just sat it aside to throw away. I was getting my daughter ready for bed and came back an hour later to see this imagehas anyone else experienced this? and what was the outcome? Just curious!

    For it to be a BFP it should come up within the test time frame  (usually no more than 3 min ). If it took an hour it is more likely to be evaporation line
