Most symptoms negative tests 🤔

I'm over 2 months late I've been to the doctor and got my urine results was negative and blood was normal (only got tested friday past) 3 days ago 

took 3 home test all negative 

 never miss a period never mind 2 months 

i had a tiny bit of spotting blood tonight after urination 

Not getting a appointment till 19th August 

I've had headaces•no sickness but feeling like bile sicky felling past few days nothing major•peeing all the time•sore back• and heavy sore boobs which is abnormal for me as after having my son they was empty and no feeling 

anyone has the same issue 

what do yous think
