Am I pregnant?

I don't know if I'm pregnant or not. I've had some signs such as nausea, bloating and  tender nipples so I decided to take a pregnancy test. At first I took a cheap First Signal one and it came out negative, the next day I still for really nauseous so I decided to get a couple more tests. I took it, the first glance I thought it was negative, but looking at it again I noticed that there was a faint line indicating it was positive. The next morning I took a second Clear Blue test and it did the same thing. But that afternoon in the shower I noticed a little bit of blood so when I got out I wiped (sorry) and there was blood. Not too heavy but not light spotting. I'm very confused.
