Anyone help?? I'm confused!!

i was suppose come on my period on the 12th august so I'm now 17 days late on my period I've done pregnacy test and they coming back negative and I've been doctors for urine test and that came back negative?? Can anyone help I'm very confused I've been trying to get pregnant since I had a miscarriage in December
