Need some help

Hi I'm new at this sort of thing but here goes, me and my partner have been ttc for a couple of months now. We bd at the weekend and soon after that I started to bleed. Haven't been feeling myself for the last 2 weeks really tender breasts and they feel so heavy took a hpt the day after bleed and to my surprise it came up with a faint positive! Has anyone else had a positive and a bleed and was everything okay? Getting worried now as it's 2 days bleeding
