Positive opk, now what!
So I got this on Sunday. We BD that day, then we BD yestefday, Monday. Should we baby dance again tonight or take a break tonight and baby dance once more on Wednesday. Feedback please!! Thank you

It's been said to BD the 4 days up to, the day before a positive, day of a positive and the day after. That's to make sure there is sperm in there ready to meet the egg.
Some say just before and after. You can check when ovulation is by taking your temperature and when it spikes up you know you ovulated the day before.
am new to all this.... Only my first cycle tracking with OPK sticks.
