Advice
So my husband and I have been ttc. No luck yet. But we aLso don't have much sex (more him not wanting to them me.) Well he finally told me tonight that he will try harder on his end because he knows how important it is to me.
Myquestions are how often should we have sex and what could we do to help us out to get pregnant. I have pcos so I know it's going to be more difficult on my end then wanted.
Thanks in adavance!!!

Have you been tracking ovulation?
This will help you work out when you are most fertile and best time to have sex. You can either use OPKs or take your basal body temperature. I did temping and it helped me alot! It will help with not having much sex if ylu time it around ovulation for the best chance.
I have PCOS to and now have a little boy without medical assistance, I heard about Inositol (Google) and it helped sort my cycle out and I was oregnant within 2 months of using it after 3 years of unprotected sex and no sign of a BFP!.
Good luck
I have not tried tracking my ovulation yet. We just started to try.
I will definitely try your advice. Thank you so much!!
Sex should be every other day
