Is this implantation bleed?

Hi sorry if this is long winded it's my 1st post. Came off pill in November and had a period in dec, Jan then nothing Feb, period in mar, skipped April, period may, skipped June then normal period in July, August and sept. last day of my last period was 10th and yesterday and today I have a very small amount of bright red blood (almost mucus like) and some cramping below. Could this be implantation? I have downloaded an app to Keep track which says I ovulated from 19th -25th of last month so thinking it too far out but that could be wrong given how sporadic my periods have been. Never bled out with a period before or had 2 periods so close together... thank u!
