I DON'T NO WA TO THINK WLD LOVE YOUR OPINIONS!!

Hi I actively try 4 a bby ! ... Been tryin for 4months now ! But nothing I had 2 miss carriages last year and was investigated by the hospital .. Everything test came bk fine .. So it was just unfortunate 4 my losses ... Anyway me and my partner continued trying ... This month we dtd every day ! .. And a lot around the time of ovulation ... The last 3days I've had heavy feeling on my uterus along with some twinges\pinching sensastions ... Also on my left side (by my ovarie) I've also had twinges\pinches .. I've also been crampin AF cramping but a very mild case ... I aint due on my period 4 anoth 10 days and I don't usually get any symptoms telling me tha my period is coming ... I either get af cramping on the day I am due or just the day before ... So I wld love for u ladies to give me your thoughts on this whole situation ... I don't wanna do a test yet coz I aint late plus I can't bare the BFN ??
