Late period

I last had sex when my boyfriend was home 13 days ago, my periods are now 5 days late and iv experiences pain in both breasts and very sore tender nipples, Iv felt waves of sickness on and off for the last 4  days and pain in my right side and shooting pains in other areas of my Stomach. I took a pregnancy test yesterday (4 days after periods were due and  12 days after intercourse) and the test was negative. So I went to my doctor He said my urine was high in protein which could be an infection. 

Im  convinced im pregnant but I'm doubting it after my negative test. Should I take another test now or wait? thank you
