coming off the pill side effects
Hi All!
Please help.. so I have come off the pill now for around 4/5 weeks and I started off really badly.. hated food, dizzy and just felt rubbish.
But now hot flashes have come out of nowhere! I wake up drenched and throughout the day I have to change because I'm so hot! I really hot its hormone related and nothing else!
Anyone else have these symptoms?
Please help I'm loosing my mind
