Am I pregnant?

I m new to this but i would love advise so i figured why not ask people who will know what i am going through. So i started testing 5 days ago all test are coming up with faint lines, but all digital test i have taken are saying not pregnant. So upset that i thought this was going to be the month but now i dont know what to think? I am a day late for my period and have been getting symptoms but digital this morning still said not pregnant. If anyone can please help!!!!
