Implantation bleeding???

This post is going to be alot of TMI but I'm so confused and need answers! This morning I woke up with cramps in my lower abdomen and an achy lower back. I went to the bathroom and when I went pee I started bleeding a little bit and I thought it was my period so I put a tampon in and went about my day. When I changed my tampon it wasn't even half way full and it was brownish red blood then the second time I changed a tampon today it was pinkish red and barely anything! I put a tampon in for a minute then decided since it's so light I was just going to use a liner and when I took it out it was completely light pink blood! Definitely NOT like my normal period would be I no longer have my cramps I'm wondering if this is implantation bleeding or is in fact my period? Please help baby dust to all
